(1) Click here to go to the top up page and log in to your account with your preferred login method.

(2) Choose Online Payment Service (線上點數服務), then choose the game, server, character and the amount you want to top up. Click the “立即儲值” button to continue.

(3) Click Go to Payment (前往付款).

(4) You will enter the MyCard Payment page, the available payment methods vary depending on your location, click “More” as shown by the arrow in the image to switch to the payment method for each country/region.

(5) Choose the payment method you want to use (this guide use E-Wallet as example)

(6) Choose the payment channel (this guide use Gcash as example)

(7) Fill in your phone number and email address, tick the “I agree with terms of the transaction” box, and then click Next.

(8) Confirm your transaction information, then click Send Confirm to continue.

(9) Log in to your Gcash account to complete the transaction.

(2) Choose Point Card Top Up (點數卡儲值), then choose the game, server, and the character you want to top up. Enter MyCard card number and password, then click the “立即儲值” button to complete the top up process.

(1) Click here to go to the top up page and log in to your account with your preferred login method.

(2) Choose Member Point Deduction (會員扣點儲值), then choose the game, server, character and the amount you want to top up. Click the “立即儲值” button to continue.

(3) Click Go to Payment (前往付款).

(4) Log in to your MyCard member account.

(5) Enter the payment password and mobile number (optional), then click Confirm to complete the top up process.

(6) Click the “MyCard APP” tab which is pointed by the arrow in the picture, open the MyCard app in your mobile device and scan the QR Code on the top up page to complete the top up process. (Not the QR Code in this guide page)
