Online Payment Method (1) Click here to go to the top up page and log in to your account. ※ You can choose to log in by social media account with “Quick Login” (快速登入), or if you want to log in by member account and password, please click the “Account Login” tab (帳戶登入) as pointed by the arrow in the picture. (2) Click the “Financial Center” tab (財務中心) in the side menu, and click “Top Up” (儲值). (3) Choose the top up amount, and click “Pay Now” (立即支付). (4) You will enter the MyCard Payment page, the available payment methods vary depending on your location, click “More” as shown by the arrow in the image to switch to the payment method for each country/region. (5) Choose the payment method you want to use. (this guide use E-Wallet as example) (6) Choose the payment channel. (this guide use Gcash as example) (7) Fill in the required transaction information, tick the “I agree with terms of the transaction” box, and then click “Next”. (8) Confirm your transaction information, then click “Send Confirm” to continue. (9) Log in to your Gcash account and carry out the Gcash payment procedure to complete the transaction.Online Payment Method

MyCard Member Point Deduction (1) Click here to go to the top up page and log in to your account. ※ You can choose to log in by social media account with “Quick Login” (快速登入), or if you want to log in by member account and password, please click the “Account Login” tab (帳戶登入) as pointed by the arrow in the picture. (2) Click the “Financial Center” tab (財務中心) in the side menu, and click “Top Up” (儲值). (3) Choose the top up amount, and click “Pay Now” (立即支付). (4) You will enter the MyCard Payment page, the available payment methods vary depending on your location, click “More” as shown by the arrow in the image to switch to the payment method for each country/region. (5) Choose “MyCard Wallet” as the payment method. (6) Choose “MyCard Wallet” as the payment channel. (7) Log in to your MyCard member account. ※ You can also pay by MyCard App, please go to step (9) (8) Enter the payment password, mobile number (optional), and then click “Confirm” to complete the top up process. (9) Click the “MyCard APP” tab which is pointed by the arrow in the picture, open the MyCard app in your mobile device and scan the QR Code on the top up page to complete the top up process.
