(1) Click here to go to the top up page. Select your mobile phone OS and log in to your game account with social media account, or by entering your game account (賬號) and password (密碼), and click “Log in” (登入).

(2) Confirm your account information and click “Next” (下一步).

(3) Select the server (區服) and the character (角色名) you want to top up, then click “Next” (下一步).

(4) Select the item you want to buy (儲值檔位) and click “Complete” (完成). Confirm the top up information and click “OK” (確定).

(5) Select MyCard as the payment method.

(6) You will enter the MyCard Payment page, the available payment methods vary depending on your location, click “More” as shown by the arrow in the image to switch to the payment method for each country/region.

(7) Select “Top Up” as the payment method.

(8) Enter MyCard card number and password and click “Top-up” to complete the top up process.

MyCard Member Point Deduction

(1) Click here to go to the top up page. Select your mobile phone OS and log in to your game account with social media account, or by entering your game account (賬號) and password (密碼), and click “Log in” (登入).

(2) Confirm your account information and click “Next” (下一步).

(3) Select the server (區服) and the character (角色名) you want to top up, then click “Next” (下一步).

(4) Select the item you want to buy (儲值檔位) and click “Complete” (完成). Confirm the top up information and click “OK” (確定).

(5) Select MyCard as the payment method.

(6) You will enter the MyCard Payment page, the available payment methods vary depending on your location, click “More” as shown by the arrow in the image to switch to the payment method for each country/region.

(7) Select “MyCard Wallet” as the payment method.

(8) Select “MyCard Wallet” as the payment channel.

(9) Log in to your MyCard member account.

(10) Enter the payment password, mobile number (optional), and then click “Confirm” to complete the top up process.

(11) Click the “MyCard APP” tab which is pointed by the arrow in the picture, open the MyCard app in your mobile device and scan the QR Code on the top up page to complete the top up process. (Not the QR Code in this guide page)
