First-time Top Up Terms & Conditions
- Only MyCard members who participated in the “MyCard x Epic Seven Pre-Registration Epic Gift Pack” event are eligible to participate in this event.
- Those who meet the eligibility criteria for the event, will receive the prize notification in their MyCard member message within 4 working days from the day after the top up is completed. Please note that the notification will only be sent one time. Please complete the prize claim process within the time specified in the notification message, overdue will be regarded as giving up the prize.
- If the member who meet the eligibility criteria for the event do not receive the notification message, the member should contact MyCard Customer Service Center within 10 working days from the day after the top up is completed, otherwise the member will be deemed to have given up his/her eligibility for the prize and no replacement will be issued.
- After the event has begun, all participating players are deemed to have agreed to the content of the announcement, all event content, MyCoins, prizes, MyCard cash coupon, discount coupons, cash coupons delivery method. The organizer reserves The right to modify the content of the above events and prizes, and the right to modify, cancel, suspend or terminate the event and prize content at their discretion.

- The event’s prize will be notified within 5 working days after the event end. The notification for prize claim method will be notified by SMS for Taiwan mobile phone number; for the non-Taiwan mobile phone number, will be notified via MyCard Member Message. - Each MyCard number can only be registered once. If the information is incorrectly filled out, the player will be deemed to have forfeited his or her eligibility.
- This event’s prize includes but not limited to game item, MyCard points and MyCard cash coupons, etc. Unless otherwise specified, they can only be used/redeemed once. The organizer and co-organizer have the right to block and handle the games and MyCard member accounts found to have abnormal use/redemption as necessary.
