Philippines Payment Method

Step 1

Click here to go to the top up page, select the top up amount, select E-Wallet as the payment method and ShopeePay (PHP) as the payment channel, then click "Confirm". (This guide use ShopeePay E-wallet as an example)

Step 2

Login to your Xingbar (摘星工廠) account.

Step 3

Fill in the required transaction information, tick the "I agree with terms of the transaction" box, and then click "Send Confirm".

Step 4

Scan the QR code on your transaction screen using the Shopee app, and carry out the ShopeePay payment procedure to complete the transaction.

Singapore Payment Method

Step 1

Click here to go to the top up page, select the top up amount, select E-Wallet as the payment method and SG_GrabPay (SGD) as the payment channel, then click "Confirm". (this guide use GrabPay (SGD) as an example)

Step 2

Login to your Xingbar (摘星工廠) account.

Step 3

Fill in the required transaction information, tick the "I agree with terms of the transaction" box, and then click "Send Confirm".

Step 4

Carry out the GrabPay payment procedure to complete the transaction.

Taiwan Payment Method

Step 1

Click here to go to the top up page, select the top up amount, select Credit Card as the payment method and Taiwan 3DS credit card as the payment channel, then click "Confirm". (this guide use Taiwan 3DS credit card as an example, Taiwan region credit card payment is only available for the Taiwan's bank credit card)

Step 2

Login to your Xingbar (摘星工廠) account.

Step 3

Fill in the required transaction information, tick the "I agree with terms of the transaction" box, and then click "Send Confirm".

Step 4

Enter your credit card number (信用卡卡號), credit card security code (信用卡背面後三碼檢查碼), and card expired date (信用卡有效期限) (month 月; year 年), click "Pay" (確認付款).

Step 5

Check your mobile device to receive the OTP code message. Enter the OTP verification code to the credit card payment page, and click "Ok" (確定) to complete the payment process.

MyCard Point Card

Step 1

Click here to go to the top up page, scroll down and click the "MyCard Point Card Top Up" (點數儲值) button.

Step 2

Login to your Xingbar (摘星工廠) account.

Step 3

Enter MyCard card number and password and click "Top-up" to complete the top up process.

MyCard Wallet

Step 1

Go to MyCard Homepage and click Member on the header menu. (You can use computer or mobile phone browser)

Step 2

If you have not logged in to your MyCard member account, then you will enter the MyCard member account login page, please enter your MyCard member account and password to log in. (If you haven't set up a trust browser, then you'll also need to enter the SMS verification code sent to your device.)

Step 3

Select "Deduction" on the side menu.

Step 4

Select Entertainment, then "摘星工廠"

Step 5

Select TWD for the currency, select the top up amount and click "Next".

Step 6

Enter the payment password, mobile number (optional), and then click "Confirm" to complete the top up process.
