How to Find Your Player ID

Click the menu icon on your game main screen, click setting, you can find your Player ID on the Setting window page.

Philippines Payment Method

Step 1

Click here to go to the top up page. Enter your Player ID (請輸入玩家 ID), and click the "下一步" (Next) button.

Step 2

Open your Survivor.io game app to receive a verification code mail in your game mail box, enter the verification code into the top up page, then click the "確認" (OK) button. (If there is no verification code mail in your game mail box, please restart the game app to receive the verification code mail, the verification code is only valid within 10 minutes)

Step 3

Select the top-up item type (請選擇商品類型), then select the item you want to top up (請選擇品項), and click the "購買" (buy) button. (鑽石: Gems; 大月卡: Super Monthly Card; 戰令: Battle Pass; all prices are listed in NTD (TWD) currency)

Step 4

You will enter the MyCard Payment page, the available payment methods vary depending on your location, click "More" as shown by the arrow in the image to switch to the payment method for each country/region.

Step 5

Select the payment method you want to use. (this guide use E-Wallet as an example)

Step 6

Select the payment channel. (this guide use Gcash as an example)

Step 7

Fill in the required transaction information, tick the "I agree with terms of the transaction" box, and then click "Send Confirm".

Step 8

Log in to your Gcash account and carry out the Gcash payment procedure to complete the transaction.

Malaysia Payment Method

Step 1

Click here to go to the top up page. Enter your Player ID (請輸入玩家 ID), and click the "下一步" (Next) button.

Step 2

Open your Survivor.io game app to receive a verification code mail in your game mail box, enter the verification code into the top up page, then click the "確認" (OK) button. (If there is no verification code mail in your game mail box, please restart the game app to receive the verification code mail, the verification code is only valid within 10 minutes)

Step 3

Select the top-up item type (請選擇商品類型), then select the item you want to top up (請選擇品項), and click the "購買" (buy) button. (鑽石: Gems; 大月卡: Super Monthly Card; 戰令: Battle Pass; all prices are listed in NTD (TWD) currency)

Step 4

You will enter the MyCard Payment page, the available payment methods vary depending on your location, click "More" as shown by the arrow in the image to switch to the payment method for each country/region.

Step 5

Select the payment method you want to use. (this guide use E-Wallet as an example)

Step 6

Select the payment channel. (this guide use Grab(MYR) as an example)

Step 7

Fill in the required transaction information, tick the "I agree with terms of the transaction" box, and then click "Send Confirm".

Step 8

Carry out the Grab payment procedure to complete the transaction.

Singapore Payment Method

Step 1

Click here to go to the top up page. Enter your Player ID (請輸入玩家 ID), and click the "下一步" (Next) button.

Global Payment Method

Step 1

MyCard Point Card

※MyCard point card only available for specified top up amount, if you wish to top up different amount, you can top up your MyCard point card to your MyCard member account, and use MyCard Wallet to top up the game.

Enter the payment password, mobile number (optional), and then click "Confirm" to complete the top up process.

Click the "MyCard APP" tab which is pointed by the arrow in the picture, open the MyCard app in your mobile device and scan the QR Code on the top up page to complete the top up process. (Not the QR Code in this guide page)
